calendar.c: Rename to "ui-calendar.c"
This unit belongs to the presentation layer -- rename the file accordingly. Also, rename calendar_*() to ui_calendar_*(). Signed-off-by: Lukas Fleischer <calcurse@cryptocrack.de>
