downloads/index.html: Remove unneeded line breaks
Remove some "<br />" tags that are no longer needed. We forgot to remove those when removing packager info from links to distribution packages in commit 377376381c15ba05bc4eb586df9b77fa9db6d8b5. Signed-off-by: Lukas Fleischer <calcurse@cryptocrack.de>
